JUNE | The Cultural Roots of the Frontier
Our June tastings explore the diverse heritages and gritty realities of the early American landscape. Pull up a stool and sample three distinct, history-spanning flights served with premium olive oil pairings and fresh sourdough:
- The Soldier: A rugged, historic profile honoring the rations, campfire resourcefulness, and bold spice trade that fueled early American regiments.
- The Homesteader: Deeply rooted, earthy, and comforting flavors pulled straight from the high-country garden patch and the smokehouse hearth.
